I mean it is Gluten Free French Bread. Now it is not perfect yet, very edible great Garlic bread when sliced the next day and rubbed with garlic then slathered with butter and more garlic and baked.... Think about that for a minute, then think about it with Lasagna even Gluten Free Lasagna I can and do make it both ways, one way for the family and one way for me at the holidays. Not a real big deal I just substitute the noodles in mine and I bake it in a different pan. Alas, I digress Back to this lovely loaf of good good French Bread and make no mistake good it is, but its missing something and I don't know what it is. If it was a cake or cookie I could tell you, I used to own my own catering business and baked like a fool all gluten products of course but I feel that has given me the background to handle this Gluten Free Dessert stuff much easier. So, I am asking you my new readers to help me with this good French Bread to take it from merely good to OMG fantastic. I know you all have secrets and ideas on how to make the all important Gluten Free staff of life- Bread. I firmly believe since we do not eat as much of it, our taste buds forget a little but that is no reason that we have to sacrifice the truly great things in life. Once upon a time and if I perfect a Gluten Free Bread I will say again that Hot Bread out of the oven with Butter is as good as sex, which that was with hubby # 1..
